We are a family run business with a background in training, teaching and personal development.

Operating since 2006, we work out of our home offices in Windermere in the English Lake district.

We have a small core team with a larger team of associate staff who have a range of private, public and third sector backgrounds.

The team have diverse qualifications, skills and experiences in learning and organisational development and have managed major projects in a wide range of situations.

We use specialist development techniques where required such as Myers-Briggs Type Indicator, Belbin, Transactional Analysis, NLP and others, and can also organise large scale challenge events.

On the logistical side, our care and attention to detail will ensure that all your needs however unusual are met and your expectations surpassed.
