In 2024, Steve began studying for a Doctorate in Coaching and Mentoring at the Business School of Oxford Brookes University in Oxford, England.

The research involves an Autoethnographic study into the professional practice of outdoor experiential coaching. 2026 marks several milestones.

Firstly, 20 years of owning and operating our Coaching and Consultancy Business, Taylor Made Solutions Ltd.

Secondly, 50 years of walking in the mountains with others. (Yes, I did start young!!)

Thirdly, The start of the research phase into the professional practice of outdoor coaching for the purpose of fully understanding the practice and providing insight to the Global Coaching Industry.
